Our Cumberland County Materials Recovery Facility
The New Leaf single-stream recycling facility is a showcase for the Micro-MRF processing facility. Incubated with Closed Loop Partners in a Public-Private partnership with The Authority, New Leaf represents a future-generation material processing facility specifically designed to service smaller-scale communities. New Leaf processes 17,000 tons per year of single-stream, providing Cumberland County with a competitive alternative to distant Regional MRFs. This project will eliminate 1 million truck transfer miles over the term of the contract.

Circular Services offers municipalities and residential customers convenient collection of used textiles at their doorstep to capture clothing otherwise headed to landfill.
